J o h n R . H e n d e r s o n, B Comm, FCA, FCPA

Mr. Henderson is Managing Director of The Pacific Rim Group, a business advisory and investment organization with offices in Hong Kong and Vancouver. A resident of Hong Kong for twenty years, he relocated to British Columbia in late 2003.

In addition, Mr. Henderson is President & CEO of Pacific Rim Mobile Technologies Limited (www.PRMTI.com), a company active in the marketing and distribution of cellular network test equipment to leading development and operating companies around the world.

Mr. Henderson has over 30 years experience in creating and guiding successful business ventures, providing counseling to entrepreneurs and established enterprises, raising capital and corporate structuring. A Chartered Accountant, he has extensive “on the ground” experience doing business in Hong Kong, China and North America. He has held CEO and director roles in public and private companies in North America and Asia, particularly in the areas of technology, telecommunications , retail and international trade.

Currently, Mr. Henderson is a director of BC Ferries, one of the largest passenger ferry operations in the world.

Mr. Henderson is also an Executive-in-Residence at the Sauder School of Business at UBC in Vancouver and a director of the Sunshine Coast Golf & Country Club.

Mr. Henderson served as Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (the largest such organization outside of Canada) three times as well as Co-Chairman of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong. He is a Governor of the University of British Columbia Alumni Association Branch in Hong Kong and served as President in 1998.

In 1997, Mr. Henderson was recognized for his contributions to the community by being elected a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, the first time this award has been granted to a recipient living outside of Canada. He was also awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong in 1996.

L o u i s a n a ( L u c i ) Y a u , BBA

Ms. Yau manages Pacific Rim's services in Hong Kong. A native of Hong Kong, she joined Pacific Rim in 1993 and has extensive experience in accounting, public listing activities and China trade.

Luci's expertise in financial services, accounting and company secretarial is concentrated strongly on China related activities, utilizing her fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ms. Yau is the past president of the Rotary Club of Bayview Sunshine HK (District 3450). She is the past District Secretary of the District 3450. She is also an incoming Assistant Governor of the District for the Rotary Year 2005/2006.

J a y n e Lau, Senior Accountant

Mrs. Lau is responsible for Pacific Rim’s accounting and representation services in Vancouver. Born in Guangzhou, China, she relocated to Vancouver, Canada in 1984, where she obtained a certificate of professional accounting in 2000.

Mrs. Lau has over twenty years accounting experience with specific experience in a diverse range of organizations, including real estate, public company, telecoms, e-commerce, import / export, and retailing.

Mrs. Lau is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Since 2001, she has served as Treasurer of the 28^th Kitsilano Scout Group, Scouts Canada.
